Part courses can be supplied; these can be tailored to the specific needs of the customer. These could range from a kitchen repair to a window repair course or a combination of both.An assessment of the trainee’s ability will be carried out throughout and on completion of the course. The findings of this assessment will be available to yourselves and the trainee.

Location
A suitable location, i.e. office, Portacabin or unoccupied home, would be required to carry out the training safely and efficiently.

It is important that you choose the right person to train for these skills. To carry out a successful training course it is suggested the trainee should;

The trainee will be provided with a selection of surfaces to practice the techniques on. However, it is recommended that you provide a selection of standard items currently in use on site, to simulate a real situation. This enables the trainee to develop their skills on items currently in use, therefore increasing speed and efficiency once on site, i.e. worktops.

The Cosmetic Repair Kit
A full kit should be purchased prior to commencing the course, this will include all the necessary products needed to carry out the relevant repairs. Any consumable products used during the course will be topped up on completion.
