How Does It Work?

Where is the training?
We have a training centre based in the glorious Devon countryside, 9 miles north of Exeter and within 15 minutes of Junction 28 of the M5 motorway. There are a maximum of 4 trainees on a course at our training centre and this could include people from other organisations.
Alternatively for 2 or more delegates, (maximum 6) we can come to your premises and offer training solely for you or your organisation, however there is an additional charge for this to cover our accommodation, travel and transportation costs.
Ideally you will provide a selection of materials as practice surfaces, i.e. a damaged window, broken shower tray, worktop off cuts, kitchen end panels, tiles, lintels etc.
The Home Kit
Over 140 items including the products, PPE and electrical equipment required to carry out the full range of cosmetic repairs are supplied within the Cosmetic Repair – Home Kit.
On the first day of the training, each delegate will have their kit ready for them to use throughout the course, this enables them to familiarise themselves with the products and equipment within the kit.
Products used during the course are minimal, but can be topped up where necessary. The cost of each course does not include the repair kit, therefore this must be purchased at the time of booking the training course.
We are often asked how long the kit will last. There may be some items that you will need to replace more often than others, some items you may never need to replace. If you need replacement items we can supply you with the full range of products at very competitive prices.
On completion of the course, a quick reference guide is supplied to each delegate.
